Hi Everyone ,
Just wanted to share my experience building strata unit with Paul Lambert ( Home Group WA). There was 439 Sqm block of land with a house in Bentley, I want to subdivide it to build another unit . Almost I gone through every builder in WA, but no one was too sure, whether I can put house on it (including top unit developer) and then my broker suggest a name PAUL LAMBERT. He is a real gentleman with positive attitude , he start drawing plan and finish with spacious 3 bed and 2 bath. He was with me every time to get approval from counsellor. I gave him a new name PAUL THE GREAT
I highly recommend this guy ,never let you down, thanks Paul ,for everything you done.

We first met Paul back in December 2013 when we initially purchased our block in Coogee and decided on the HomeGroupWA ‘Metropolitan’ house type. Since that time we have had meetings with Paul on numerous occasions either at the show houses in Baldivis/Wandi or our own home in Waikiki. We have found Paul to be more than helpful with regards to our ‘ever-changing’ requirements and unlike our first experience of building here in WA nothing seems to be a problem to him or HGWA.
